Dr. Shelley Adams began her study of the human body and health science in 1995 at McMaster University while completing a degree in Kinesiology. She continued on to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated in 2003.
At 16 she broke her ankle figure skating. When traditional medicine didn’t satisfy her needs, she sought the care of a chiropractor and realized chiropractic’s role in both health and sport performance.

Dr. Dianne McMurray – Chiropractor
Dr. Dianne McMurray attended the University of Toronto and graduated in 2011 with a double major in Biology and Psychology. She continued her studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated with clinic honours in 2015. Dr. McMurray has also taken additional courses to become a certified acupuncture provider.
Being a chronic headache and migraine sufferer for many years led Dr. McMurray to seek numerous treatment options. Chiropractic care provided the best relief for her pain. This natural and effective type of treatment inspired her to pursue a chiropractic career.

Laura Roberts – Registered Massage Therapist – Reader’s Choice Winner
Laura Roberts grew up in London Ontario and attended Central Michigan University on a soccer scholarship. She then went on to attend D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy where she graduated with honors after a two-year intensive course and was awarded her certification as a Registered Massage Therapist. Laura has been heavily involved in athletics her entire life and continues to stay fit through running marathons and weight training. Over the years Laura has sustained many injuries continually finding massage therapy to be a key staple in her recovery and rehabilitation. Laura strongly believes in the benefits massage has to offer, whether it is to increase relaxation and stress management or to prevent and treat injuries.

Lori Veinpel – Registered Massage Therapist – Reader’s Choice Winner
Lori spent 20 years living in Vancouver, enjoying the vast outdoor activities of mountain and coastal life. She graduated from a BC RMT program in 2010, and had a full practice in Vancouver for 4 years. Lori moved back to her home province of Ontario and spent 2 years treating clients at the Ontario Racquet Club in Mississauga before becoming a full-time Collingwood resident. Lori has clinical experience in various modalities and her most keen professional interest is the study of fascia. She has recently completed Level 1 and 2 of Fascial Manipulation at the Stecco Institute in Italy.
